The Hindu — Converting digi paper to epaper

I have made a request to convert digi paper annual subscription to epaper annual subscription on 16th of this month. I psid the subscription amount on 31.05.2021 and it is valid upto may 2022. The Hindu customer care promised to convert the same by two working days. Daily I am contacting customer care officials. Every time they raise ticket and give false hope that it will be converted today. It has not been done till date. This is not expected from such a reputed news paper. If you cannot convert kindly refund my money.
