This is in continuation to my previous three complaints of non delivery of the hindu, news paper.
This evening i received a call from your area agent to submit proof of making the annual subscription. This demand from your office is definitely absurd, expecting your customer to submit proof. Please let me know the purpose of your having local agent and an area in charge. It is your duty to obtain this proof from them and not from the customer. When the emphasis is on digital payment and which i have complied, you should have insisted on your local agent to submit all details and not penalise me, when the payment was made well within the due date.
Also i seek the justification in abrupt stopping of delivery of news paper, without any verification, or telephonic confirmation from me to this effect. This was not expected from an established news paper office of the standard of the hindu. It is very sad that your operating standards have fallen badly, as noticed by the casual response to my numerous call and complaints.
I demand an apology from the concerned official for the ignominy, that i have put to due to lack of professional management of your in-house activities.
