My complaints on non delivery of news paper, registered on six occasions, have remained unattended and unanswered.
It is not surprising that you have a customer satisfaction rating of only 2%. With your don't care attitude for your customers, the days are not far when you will down to a big 0%.
Though you have not bothered to call back or mail me, i understand that you have issues regarding my payment. If it is so why have you kept quite for three months, when my renewal had become due in oct 17 and also renewed well in advance. (Your agents always collect the payment at least a month ahead). Even now, basic courtesy demands that you seek clarification from me rather than stopping the delivery of news paper.
It is appalling to observe your management system, nothing concerned with customers seem to work in your office. The number o[censored]nresolved complaints is a good testimony for your method of working. My suggestion please discontinue your annual subscription system, let customers continue to make monthly payment and deal with the local agents, rather than you, at least they will reply to me, unlike you.
