The Hindu — Delivery of tamil edition instead of english

I am a new subscriber to the hindu in chennai. The delivery started on 1st june. Today morning i found that i have received the tamil edition of the hindu instead of the english edition that i have subscribed to. I called the number i have with me for the news agent (Valli news agency) and found no response. I called the customer care number. It probably does not work on holidays or after hours but does not tell so. Instead, it went into a loop asking me to dial zero, etc. These are my complaints based on this incident:

1. Delivery of wrong edition
2. No mechanism for immediate redressal. The customer care phone software is unaware of the timings when cc is operational.
3. I had been asked to select the news agency while subscribing online and inserted the name i received from a neighbour. The hindu has not informed me formally who my agent is and his/her contact details.
4. The hindu has not provided any information on how i should get redressal in such circumstances.
