I have subscribed (Yearly subscription) "the hindu tamil" on 22-nov-2016. The amount got debited from my bank account for the full year and i received an sms with subscription no: [protected] and stated that i will receive the news paper from 01-dec-2016 onward. But i didn't receive any news paper till now. I spoke to hindu customer care at[protected] on 01-dec-2016 and they said "we will speak to concern person and resolve the issue within 72 hours". After that there is no response from hindu. I follow up with the customer care daily. But till now i didn't receive any news paper.

I have paid full amount, because i trust hindu. But i am little bit nervous now. Try to resolve the issue by today and sent the news paper from tomorrow or refund my money back.
