The Hindu — Irregular delivery of tamil & english daily newspaper against my yearly subscription. | |||||
I have booked complaint to hindu customer service on the above subject. Complaint is lodged on 19.12.2016 and the complaint no is 131322. No body spoke to me on the status of the complaint so far from the hindu side!!! And again 20.12.2016 & 21.12.2016 there is no delivery of both the news paper. For the same issue, i have registered a similar complaint a month before. It seems, the hindu is happy with the service level as my money is with them! Will i be getting compensated for the loss?
