The Hindu — Newspaper not deliver

Sir I have subscribe for The Hindu door delivery for rupees 699 from01/07/2015 but till now I have complain many times to the Hindu customer care but the are not responding properly from last 2 months When I complain then next day I receive a paper in the afternoon and after that do not deliver.
