The Hindu — Newspaper subscription: not receiving

I have paid for an annual subscription for the Hindu Bangalore Edition on 5/11/2015 and the amount was deducted on 16/11/2015. It was said that I will receive the newspaper on 16th. I waited for couple of days and made a complaint. I didnt receive any update and then I again made a complaint on 1/12/2015. I called the customer care on 2/12/2015 and they told me I will receive it today but it is the same. Now when I call the customer care no one is taking the call.
