The Hindu — Newspaper vendor took advance money as security deposit and did not return it for months after cancelling subscription of The Hind

The newspaper vendor of my locality Roy gate, Kanchrapara, West Bengal took extra money in advance and told me this is the security deposit for The Hindu and will be returned at the time of cancellation of the subscription. But it has been several months of cancellation but he did not return my money. He does not even pick up the phone.
