The Hindu — No newspaper delivered since 2 weeks. Illegal charge by the vendor

I had availed newspaper facility for the following region:
Lok Surabhi Complex, kalyan West-421301

The vendor Ram Pawar has been illegally charging money besides the amount paid in the subscription no. [protected].

Since I refused to pay the amount, the paper is not being delivered to me.

The Hindu had registered the complain but has not been responding to my mails.
