The Hindu — no paper received

Respected sir/madam,
I had a month ago made extension of my subscription of hindu paper for another year and its more than a month, i recieved my paper for only "5days"... And i gave complaint like more than "7 timess".. I see no rectification of my complaint.. Everytime they say "it wil get rectified in 2days", but its not... I am tired of giving further call& complaints... So i would like to stop my subscription and requesting my money back... Below is for reference:

Kindly make them stop my subscription and return my money as soon as possible.. I cant make anymore complaints... Please do look into this issue asap... Thanks..
