[Resolved]  The Hindu — Non-delivery complaint

Hello, I have availed a 1-year subscription of The Hindu NewsPaper dated 15th July '14 for the period 16.08.2014 - 15.08.2015. Receipt no. - CMADU[protected] Subscription no. - 512770 But the paper was not delivered for the last three days since Monday. I had called your Madurai region office(your front office assistant and the Manager) to raise a complaint and after a number of follow-ups, i was promised that the paper would be delivered today which has not happened. Can you please let me know why this has happened. I have been a subscriber of this newspaper for the past 25 years and this is the first time such an issue ever happened to me and in any case, I need the supply of this newspaper again from tomorrow.
