We have renewed our subscription for a year in september 2017 under your 50% off offer. We have been receiving the newspaper till january 10th 2018 and suddenly the delivery was stopped and the reason stated is “expiry of the subscription”.
Even after repeated complaints there is no one to look into the matter and resolve the issue. Should we call this another way of cheating the customers and making money in the name of “offer”?
Not able to contact any higher authorities as staff at other end do not provide with their number or mail id or any sort of contact...
