The Hindu — Non delivery of hindu young world (jr) print edition and hindu in school e-paper (sr.)

This is in reference to the non delivery of hindu young world print (jr.) & hindu in school (e-paper) sr. ordered on 12th october 2016, hindu reference id w20161012ywcl0008. i have not recieved a single print edition or any e - paper. it is really surprising to not have recieved any of the two newspapers as i had ordered for a combo pack. also it is disheartening for my children who have been eagerly waiting for the same. this is to request you to look into the matter urgently and do the needful.
