Complaint Number 130339. Its been more than a month since i paid the subscription for the daily newspaper "The Hindu". I was supposed to get paper from 15-Dec-16. I have been trying to reach them, escalated, called them, mailed them many times and its almost 7 days i haven't got the paper nor the refund is initiated. The customer care executive always says that they will get back to me in 24 hours and never gives update. Every time they say they will call back and never does. For any question like whats your name to wish greetings to the customer executive...the answer is we understand your problem sir, we will get back to you in 24 hours...man...i couldn't stop laughing. I have mail proof's for the same with the executive names. Worst is that they say please mail us and get the complain registered. I reply saying that i did i got the complain number and its not resolved and that's why i have been calling, the response is, please mail...same mail id repeated and ..we will get back to you in 24 hours and phone is slammed on the face. I tried asking for any of their manager to escalate the issue, and every time i hear that they are in meeting, wondering when they will work then. Have made more than 40 calls and not an update till now. Regret subscribing to The Hindu. Was this information helpful? |
