The Hindu — Not yet got the paper after complaining to customer care

We have subscribed for hindu tamil daily newspaper for 6months duration. From Nov 01, 2014 we are not receiving the daily news paper. after complaining a week back to the head office and sending two mails I got the paper only yesterday. but today again the problem remains the same.
