[Resolved]  The Hindu — Subscribe Newspaper not delivered

Hello Sir, 3 months back one Hindu Representative approached us for the Tamil Hindu paper subscription as on offer price.I have subscribed it and gave the cheque and other details.Till now they haven't started delivering the paper.Earlier that Hindu representative told he couldn't find any distributor to that area so asked for some more days.Now he is not attending my calls .I never expected this from Hindu company. It is one of the reputed Daily News paper and not ensuring whether their customers are happy or not. My big concern is if he could not find any distributor then he should inform me and return me the amount but this is very bad in not responding to me.Now i have lost my voucher receipt. Could you please let me know how to refund the money. Regards, Arunkumar S
