The Hindu — Subscription date has started on august 16 2016 and 4 days have passed.. Yet i haven't received any copies of the hindu newspaper.

I have signed up for a yearly subscription of the hindunewspaper (Rs. 699) on 30.7.2016. It is said that the subscription issue date of newspaper will start by 16.8.2016 but i haven't received a single copy of newspaper since the issue date. And 4 days have already passed.
My order number is 191906.

I kindly request the hindunewspaper team to take immediate actions to commence the deliverance of the newspaper to my house address at the earliest.
