[Resolved] The Hindu — subscription for hindu-tamil not delivered for one month | |||
I am S.MOZHIKKARASAN. My subscription no [protected]. I have subscribed for the Hindu-Tamil daily right from the first day during your canvassing . I have renewed the subscription for the period from 16.3.2014 to 30.11.2014 as intimated by you over SMS to my cell. But to my disappointment to have the paper without any break, the daily was supplied from 16.3.2014 to 30.4.2014. Accidentally I sought the help of person distributing the Hindu -Tamil and he happened to be a member of your promotional team and he resumed the daily only from 01.05.2014 stating that the paper will be supplied up to 07 months( for which the subscription made) from the date of delayed commencement of supply of daily. This time also without compensating for the one month, SMS has been received that the subscription is to be renewed from 16.10.2014 as in the case of others who have been supplied without any break (I think so...). On query from the above said person, it is intimated that the subscription for that one month will be refunded by the Hindu office, quoting the promotional resources. Hoping to get back the money ( as it is said that the subscription cannot be adjusted for additional period ), I have renewed the subscription for 12+3 months from 16.10.2014.
