I am from Bangalore & I've subscribed THE HINDU through their promotional offer for the period of 1 Year which suppose to start from Feb 2015, but I started getting the paper only from May 2015 after regular follow-up with them. Now suddenly from Oct 15, I am not getting the paper. It is almost 2 months over now, still I am regularly writing emails to their Customer care but there is NO proper resolution. My order No is TLHP35035 dt 25/01/2015. I never seen such a worst customer service so far. Don't operate such a schemes and fool your customers. Frustrated customer, Murali [protected]
