Dear sir/madam,
I have been a subscriber of the hindu newspaper for the past 15 years. I shifted to a new apartment in bangalore around a year back. I have not been able to get the newspaper before 8 am even for a single day. I am staying in an apartment which hosts around 100 families out of which atleast 30 o[censored]s are subscribing to the hindu. All o[censored]s are office goers and we have to leave by at least 8.30 am. We get the newspapers regularly by 8.45 am only. It makes me wonder why i am subscribing to a newspaper if i am not able to read this in the mornings.
I am writing to you because i am seriously fed up with complaining to the newspaper agency owner. His apathy towards the newspaper readers' agony just turns me off. His attitude is like there is no way an agent could be changed. He migh be correct in saying this, but please note the fact that the city is growing and more and more families are moving to new places. Unless the newspaper agent scales up to the service levels, there is no use. The newspaper boy seems to be more interested in inserting pamphlets and gaining extra money rather than delivering on time.
Could you please take this complaint with utmost seriousness and do the needful?
