Ordered cushion covers for diwali one month in advance on 18-sept.. Till date not received and tje company is highly unprofessional who doesnt even care to respond

There is girl called Neha running a popular instagram page called the TheHippiesaaz sweet spoken and all of that but mere talks no actions august 9 i have ordered a product payment made upfront its november 17 and no delivery not willing to refund too and very lethargic with her replies on dm and email zero reply duping customes just taking orders without signs of delivery please block this page she even made fake promises saying we will deliver your products around diwali liar no1

I ordered Diwali decor items a month back for prepaid 800 rs and they ruined our festival by cheating us ..why are they selling Diwali decor items if they are not going to send anything to the poor customers and till date this order has not been shipped or packed. and we do not know what to do or even cancel order because there is no customer service ! i have sent emails whatsapp called on customer care number which is always SWITCHED OFF sent so many insta dms but nothing! eventually got frustrated and wrote in reels comments and i saw other people had also written the same and instead of getting back to us they deleted our comments!!! they post reels regularly but do not reply only to those making query for placing order!!! What big cheats!! no clue what i should do!!

I ordered last month prepaid goods worth 800 rs and till date it says it’s processing waiting is not issue if I have assurance from company but Customer service is non existent I have emailed WhatsApp Dm on Instagram call customer care which is always Switched off ! And eventually wrote in there reels comments about my situation and others had also written and instead of getting back to us they deleted the comments !!! That’s when I know this is a scam and they’re cheating innocent people like myself! They kept running Diwali promos for decor items and our festival got ruined because what we ordered for Diwali was not shipped! I am helpless what to do I want refund

I placed an order of battery operated led lights on October 20 and it’s been nearly one month I didn’t receive my order. Upon enquiring she is telling that it’ll take time due to less manpower and etc. But it’s been more than 15 days I didn’t receive any update regarding my order and that lady is continuously active on WhatsApp but not replying to messages and moreover their contact number is switched off and otherwise they won’t pick up the call. I wrote mail to them but no response there too. I think it’s a fraud company.

There were 2 orders placed worth 3000+ for 2 sets of curtains and pillow covers. Initially she said the order got damaged in rain, I said it's ok I will wait for the delivery. After 2 months when I pinged her on watsapp and insta and sent mails over mails for the support to cancel the orders, no response at all. Whatsapp no is switched off and no response from her through any channel. She said it will reach before diwali. She started giving similar offers and gaining more orders day by day ignoring my messages. I started posting in all her insta and fb posts, she started turning off the comments. To my surprise I see there are so many similar complaints on this fraud lady. Till date I haven't received my order or my refund. Guys pls be sure not to place any order with this site.today it's me tomorrow it can be any one of you.Action has to be taken on these frauds.

I have placed my order on Sep 12th with order I'd 24028 but still didn't received it and no update or response from team.

Even though it seems they were active in insta but they won't respond to messages and i tried to contact them through Instagram/WhatsApp/Call but no response.

Number which were provided will be out of network everyday. I am messaging them in insta for every 3 to 4 days but no single response from them.

Please do needful and take appropriate action on such website.

The hippie saaz is a fraud website and brand, majority of their orders do not come through and they stop responding to you. Please do not order from them, you will lose your money

Despite of repeated messages, there is no update nor any response from them.

I have ordered 6 ruffle cushion covers from theHippieSaaz website on 7th Aug, 2022. On the same day the owner at Instagram on chat told me that I'll receive my orders with in 18-20 working days. Today its been 2months exactly. I am trying to contact them on instgram but they're not replying .
I have mailed them at [protected]@thehippiesaaz.com but no reply from that channel as well. The last communicated I received from mail via them was on 5th Sept, 22. The phone number which they have mentioned on their FB page is switched off. I either want my order or full refund.

I have ordered poster bed curtains in aug 30th. Haven't received my order still. After reading the complaints here i am scared. I have paid them 4.5k.. no reply to emails and msgs

I chased couple of time for the same and eveytime they reply its in process and please track your order thru website.
Stil it shows orewr in process.
Now, i am sending the message they are not replying back to me.
Please resolve my issue and refund back my momey.

I've ordered a pair of full ruffled curtains worth more than 2k on June 20, 2022 and it's been 3months I haven't received my order yet! Inspite of sending hundreds of messages they are not at all responding! If they do that would be sarcastic/rude!! Very unprofessional!they will treat us as if we are asking their money/ property!!! I finally got a message saying they will dispatch in a week which they never did! I'm posting my complaint here after waiting patiently for so long which they need to understand! I request people not to fall for their offers/discounts, sympathetic videos they post! Nobody would be rude/blame them if they do stuff like this!!!

I’ve been following up since last 3 weekend about an order placed on 10th July. Despite being assured that it would be dispatched 2 weeks back, no one from the team has since then updated/reverted on my requests on emailer, WhatsApp or DM.

They reverted initially but now not responding, and keep deleting my comments from their posts.

I ordered a pair of ruffle curtains on 22nd June 2022 of order no - 19606.
A. It is 31st Aug 2022; I haven't received it yet.
B. When contacted 2nd time for the same they gave rude response saying - Orders are dispatched in 14-20 working days. According to this mam

As Saturday and Sunday aren't counted in working days.
I request you to please wait for a few more days

C. I wasn't refunded, nor was the product delivered.

Placed an order for 3000/- on 3rd July. Order number 19815. No updates about my order. They keep coming up with new offers and loot customer’s money without delivering anything. Strict action is required against them.

No orders received. No response. No refund.
Ordered their products on May, didn't received any and no response too.

While taking orders the response is so quick. When we enquire about the orders, They ask us to wait for 20 days excluding weekends. Then they make excuses like technical issues, fabric issues like that. After that no response at all. How many times you try to connect them but no response.

I have ordered curtains during month of march. It is august now, I still did not get it delivered. They never respond to messages and mails. After that came to know they are biggest frauds. I want my money back. Please take necessary action.

Ordered curtains 4 months back but never recieved it. Evertime i inquire they tell me that it would be delivered next week which never comes. I don’t understand how they are running their bussiness like that. Dont even refund the money. Now when i have seen the reviews online i could see many are facing the same problem. We should something about it.

I ordered for 6 curtains in the month of April and now even July will be over and still no update. They have stopped replying and no refund is initiated. Ridiculous website.

I have ordered from their website seeing positive comments in Instagram. But they keep telling reasons and never ship the item but they post more offers like buy one get one and other offers and they are super active in Instagram. I totally don't understand how without delivering pending orders they can pile up more orders. I think after looting everyone's money they will close their website and go. Please don't buy from them. They are frauds.

I ordered from them in April 2022 and since then they've just been buying time. We're in June now and it's still not been delivered. I can see that on social media they're extremely active and are doing everything besides preparing orders. Extremely unresponsive and can really test the customers patience levels. DO NOT Buy from them and everyone reading this should spread the word. Your money will get stuck and your time will get wasted. The least reliable people I have ever come across.

I placed and paid for my order on March 30, 2022 and till date( 6June) I have not received my product. The business keeps saying that there is delay in production line and keep on postponing the dispatch date. I have this on email. Also they are refusing to refund.

This curtain business is run by a bunch of ### who do not know how to deal with CUSTOMERs. An order placed on Feb 26th has not been delivered yet. Despite continously trying to CONTACT them on their insta page they never respond. All I am saying is to refund the amount since it's been over 3 months now their response is no where to be seen....

I ordered curtains worth 2K on 3rd April. DId not receive any order when asked about the order. They say they have production line difficulties. IK cant even track my order online

I have placed an order with hippiesaaz on 10feb after a lot of research but it has been delayed by almost 30 days now. Each time they promise to dispatch the same in 2-3 days days but i think they’re just playing with the customers money and their time. Strict action should be taken against them. Thanks

They are such goons who just keep have fake Instagram.followers so people like us trust them and pay in advance.
It's been days I was following up for my order and as they couldn't delivered on time as i need to go out if country, they told me to write an email to their support CENTER. After following it up for days I called them and Neha who seems to be face of the platform literally shouted at me and called me ### and then his ASSISTANT Sandeep called and told me my money they will give me after 2 months
Whereas refund policy is for 7 days

These are crazy people who abuse and give any reason to not give your money back

There are mANY COMPLAINTs on the website .I wish I had read those before.. not sure how I can complaint to larger FORUM or just collate everyone who had issue against them and lodge and FIR
