Had placed the order 12 nov 2021 after sending many mail or reminder on Instagram finally they sent the order in 25 an 2022, i purchased 3 waterfalls curtain worth rs 5000/- must not worth it its really bad quality, tread and stiching coming out also fabric totally transparent and treads pulls on all over curtains also look like used. Bcoz its so dirty.

Please please don’t place an order here. They don’t send your stuffs even after 3 months, never replies to emails or msgs . All they msg is that it is almost ready and going to be shipped . I wish I had checked their reviews online before buying. I lost 5k inr😕 and I’m gonna do all I can to bring these fraudsters on light

The worst quality curtains i have ever invested in, all their pictures are so misleading, the team wont even respond to your concerns when you ping or email them. The curtains are not worth it even if they send you free curtains with your order, its cheap net quality. They even delete all negative comments, they have fake followers count on Instagram (just compare the likes/views on their posts to the number of followers) really disappointed, specially because they are charging so much for this cheap net cloth and fooling their customers. The positive reviews on their page are mostly fake too because i did not receive those quality curtains for sure. See pictures below.

I placed order worth 6k on July 10th. It’s August 27th and my order still says processing on the website. They don’t answer messages on Instagram or take calls (one of the number has incoming disabled). If by chance someone responded, they promised that my package would be shipped out the next day, but nothing changed. No dispatch, no response. I wish I had checked the consumer complaints earlier. I would have never ordered from them. They aren’t even willing to refund my money. The other comments are saying that even a police complaint is useless since their location is not trackable. I don’t know what to do at this point.

I received mine today after chasing up since December. Felt like a psycho for emailing them almost everyday. But, I had to give them a chance as it is a new company. Had they failed to send me the tracking number by 31st Jan, I had all.plans to involve someone in grilling them lawfully.

Guys, even I have same expirience ordering stuffs from this page, thy are so unprofessional and ruthless looters, thy don’t even bother to reply to msg or mails, customer service is always out of reach. I had placed an order for 3k and haven’t recieved till date, it’s been almost one year. Later wen I saw the reviews I came to knw many others have also got fooled by them. I have few ppl in my contact who also expirence same thing, one of them even registered complaint. But police wer unable to track their location. So guys whoever here knw them or their location do help us to locate. It wud be really helpful for us and others. It’s our hard earned money which they have looted. Also pls pls don’t place any order on this page. Beware of this fraudsters. Enquiries made on comment section are always deleted.

My product got delivered 20 days late and when received it was the wrong product. I ordered for peach color curtains but got white instead. They are not responding to my calls or instagram messages. I hope I get some help here

I had ordered 3 curtains worth Rs 3000 from HippieSaaz on Nov 12 2020 and I haven't received the order yet. They have been dodging my mails and haven't responded to direct messages on Instagram. When I start posting comments on their Instagram posts, they delete them evrytime., without any proper reply. It's an absolute fraud.

Full Ruffled Cotton Curtain - S - 5x4 (in feet) Color: Gradient Yellow
I had ordered these curtains in the month of June 2020. As I am an avid supporter of handmade items and home grown businesses, I was very hopeful for a personalized service. However, when the curtains arrived, they were a bit short for my window, so upon consulting with the support on Instagram messenger, I sent the curtains back in August 2020. And it's November now, till date there is no update on the status of my order. When I enquired, they said they have received my curtains and will be shipping but later on there was no response.
Strongly recommend not to purchase from this website.

The hippie saaz
On Instagram as @thehippiesaaz is basically a curtain site. I ordered a pair of curtains from their site on 5th of October 2020. They said it'll be delivered in 14 working days. I waited patiently. On the 14th working day I mailed them about the product. I've paid ₹1099 for 2 curtains. From that day they started making excuses like technical glitch, delivered to a wrong address, already delivered, returned back to us due to a problem and all. I agreed and asked when it'll be delivered they were like on every 4th day, that I'll be dispatched today. Now they aren't reading our messages. Customer care is always switched off. More than 50 calls, 25 mails and hundreds of whatsapp and Instagram messages. We are left with no option than to file a case. They just do not reply. They've restricted their comment section, so nobody could tell their reality to the audience. This is inhumane and not fair. This is not how a business works. I've attached the screenshot of my payment and glimpse of how they fool the customers after the payment is done.

I have placed an order of 6 items by August worth around Rs 6500. All that I have received is curtains worth 2000. They closed the order from their end. I have tried to reach them regarding my rest of the order or refund multiple times via Instagram and Gmail and calls even. But now they are not reachable in any of these medium.
I have placed all the details in the image section. They are simply looting the money from people.
Such companies should be shut. They don't value their customers or neither their feelings.

I had placed an order on April 25 2020 via Instagram. I paid the money to Rajnish Jha through gpay. They promised that they would ship the items post lockdown. Numerous messages have been sent in Instagram, initially they used to reply saying that they would check and get back. Later they started ignoring me and completely blocked me on Instagram. I had commented regarding this issue on their posts via other accounts. They had deleted the comments immediately. I had also emailed to them asking for a refund. No reply to the mails sent. Calls were also not picked. Terrible customer service. The least we expect from them is a proper reply. Cheated by these fraudsters

Three months ago, I ordered a floral bedsheet with a georgette bedskirt for a queen sized bed from the hippie saaz. The product took a month to arrive, and when it did, a peach colored single layer bedskirt for twin size bed had been delivered with no cushion covered. I emailed support at the hippie saaz as directed and received no response for two weeks. After spamming multiple messages from multiple accounts, I finally received a response that my replacement was scheduled for first November and an invalid tracking link was shared to me. After waiting a month for my replacement, I reached out from yet another account to receive a response that their office was closed due to corona (they were still doing event decor on their stories). they said my replacement was scheduled for 10 days from the time of our conversation. Obviously that time has now lapsed since I am writing this. In addition to not replying to messages or emails, they also delete negative comments as the owner is an anxiety patient. All that is well and good but if they cant provide resolution within two months, they should not be running a business. Period. I am out of patience and only wish someone could guide me into taking legal action for this. I am sick and tired of chasing after a 2000rs refund that should have been processed weeks ago.

I ordered from HippieSaaz in August and after a lot of bickering and back and forth I got my product delivered this week. It took them almost 2 months to deliver a pair of curtains. Also i paid almost 2k for A PAIR of curtains and the material is barely worth 300 bucks. It doesnt even serve the purpose of a curtain. it's super see through and the material is super super thin. I have no idea why its charged 2000 Rs. Any time they are met with negative review the owner - a girl called neha will put up an Instagram story crying and playing the victim saying you dont know how difficult it is to run a business.
They do not get back to complaints or reviews.

Shocking behaviour

Some time back I had posted a complaint here about Hippie Saaz. I did get my curtains after chasing them for over a month. I had some chats with the founder. She explained her problems, but I m still getting comments on my previous post from exasperated customers who are still waiting for their orders. Looks like these people are in mo mood to fulfil past orders.
It’s shocking how they haven’t bothered to address people’s concerns.
Sharing what worked for me (doing this only to help):
1. Make posts on social media using their hashtag and their profile name. Tell people what you have gone through. They will notice the posts and hopefully get back to you. Suggestion: don’t be abusive.
2. Write to them on their email ID.
3 They are doing brand collaborations. Comment on the posts of those brands to let them know who they are partnering with. Make sure to tag hippie saaz and use relevant hashtags.
Hope this helps.

More than the money, it's the dubious business practice that is disgusting.
It seems that a lot of people have exactly the same complaints. We checked the consumer complaints forum. It's really disturbing. People like you make others vary of online shopping. Extremely disappointed!!!

The messages get hardly replied to and if I get a reply 1. "Give me sometime we will check" 2. "give me a week's time it will be shipped" 3. "it was shipped last week" ( this was before 4 months).
We pay them to support small homegrown brands but these guys make use of that trust and cheat their customers.
I even asked her to cancel the order and return the money. They don't do that.
The founder doesn't give a damn about customer service and puts up a huge post claiming they are a brand with ethics if someone complains.
Rather than putting up a post, if you ship the product or return the money, you can utter the word "ethics". Till then I guess, "fraud" is the term for you.

Ordered on 2nd Sept, 2020. Waited patiently, followed up myself, they didnt even bother to send status update. I still was cooperative thinking covid must have affected them, but they are opening sharing their 100k Instagram celebrations, posting new images each day. Where the hell is my Order???

After trying everything with these guys, I decided to check out this company’s online reviews. And I am not surprised to see so many others facing the same issue. Trusted this startup despite my family’s reservations and now have been waiting for curtains for over a month. After I made hue and cry they gave me a call saying they will ship by Tuesday (yesterday) and now no update or response. They keep posting new updates to fool more...

Hi, I ordered 2 set of curtains in month of May 29, payment done first n then they told me it will take 20 25 days to get delivered due to covid. I waited almost one month they didn't provide any update, first they said it will take one week then in second week my parcel was in containment zone then again two weeks n atlast when they provided Customer care number on that call I asked for refund n told them will order it from Amazon but the person requested for last10 more days. I gave them ten days more in hope ok I will get my curtains till then, . Today means 20 aug, almost 3 month again no update. Am calling them from last two days, nobody is picking my call, Paytm number on which I transferred money that person has blocked my number, commented on instagram then got system generated text to call CC. My husband told me to not purchase from here but I forced him, he warned me about it. Feeling completely cheated, they had their issues but we totally supported them . Only problem with them is that ok fine it's taking time however provide update to your customer before customer is calling you n shouting u. I want my money back if anyone here who is able to take the refund, please help me. I don't want that curtains anymore.

I had ordered a curtain set on 28 th September 2019 for Rs 3000/-. I contacted Neha multiple times since then. This lady kept delaying the order for one excuse or another. Finally on 12 th March 2020 she said order has already been shipped 2 months back. I asked for tracking ID of shippement. No replies first and then phone was switched off.
This is cheating and fraud. I am considering legal recourse and police complaint now. Pathetic experience I must say

They are extremely non responsive and rude. The least they can do is to pride updates to people. There orders can take up to 4 months to get delivered and are not even delivered in many cases

I had placed an order from The hippie saaz instagram page on 1st May 2019. At the time of ordering I was informed that I will receive the order in 14-25 days due to Covid 19.
I followed up on 20th May and they replied saying It will take 1 week more for dispatch which didn't happen.
I then followed up again on 19th June and I was asked to wait for 1 week more.
It was 2nd July and I still dint receive my order so i followed up and dint get any response from them, finally I posted on social media on which I received their message saying I will get my order in 2 weeks.
Today its 30th July and I still have received the product nor are they replying to my message or calls.

She's very rude and completely cheating customers she just provided the customer care number which doesn't not respond calls and they don't even lift ur calls and they simply say we are going to dispatch the delivery but they don't do it even if we ask for the refund also no response from them at all it's simply wasting money and time on these guys they don't even have minimum curtosy and common sense to respond to their customers simply we need to follow them don't blindly follow their page and get attracted to their offers they are simply making money and cheating the public please be more cautious and more careful with HippieSaaz and their team don't believe their sweet words.

I ordered a pair of curtains in March 2020 and believe it or not, I still haven't received the package that I have already paid for. It has been over four months now and I messaged them and told them to cancel my order and refund the amount and got an automated response about the lockdown. That was in June. Someone got back to me and told me that they are going to send my package asap and that they can't refund my order. After that message, they stopped responding. It has been over a month since then and I still haven't received my order. This is completely unethical and highly unprofessional. Shame on the owners of this company. After reading some other comments on this forum, I am now absolutely sure that these people are complete crooks.

I ordered a pair of curtains from thehippiesaaz on April 11th, and the lady was very convincing that it will be delivered soon. now, it's been over 4months with no proper response and no curtains. When I commented in one of the post asking for status update, she deleted my comment and put me into restricted group (didn't know IG had this feature). She started bashing me why I commented on the post. Two weeks ago, she gave me customer service number, but that number is either switched off or busy. No response. I spent 2150 and it's gone in vain.

I had purchased curtains (Full ruffled georgette) from the hippie saaz online through their instagram page on may 15, 2020. I booked under the offer i’d buy 2 get 1 free. Color beige. Total 3 curtains of size 7 by 4 feet. Payment was made upfront on a paytm number +[protected] to a guy named rajnish.
After one and half month of chasing the owner, neha and requesting for tracking i was not given any response. No reply from their side. No message nothing. Phone was unreachable or not answered or switch off. I emailed at [protected]@gmail.com but no reply. I received a parcel with only 2 extremely substandard curtains which were white (I ordered beige and 3 curtains). Now when i keep messaging the owner and the company no one responds or replies. The emails are never replied to, the phone number is always unavailable or switched off. They are not refunding my money or ready to take return of the crap they sent.

Placed an order for curtains worth Rs.2k+ from an Instagram page called thehippiesaaz run by a duo called Neha and Rajnish on the 12th of June 2020. Promised delivery date was 1st of July. Today is the 3rd of August and I haven't received it yet. Over the last month, I wrote innumerous messages on their business and personal Instagram pages, made calls on the Gpay number where I paid, wrote mails however, got no response from any of the sources. It's only when it's almost two months now that I got to know from Quora and consumer complaint that I'm not the only one but others have been cheated and treated like this as well. Initially I really appreciated the work these people were doing but after this kind of behaviour and service, I have no good words in store for them. It's humiliating when you have to get for things you've purchased.

Guys, even I have same expirience ordering stuffs from this page, thy are so unprofessional and ruthless looters, thy don’t even bother to reply to msg or mails, customer service is always out of reach. I had placed an order for 3k and haven’t recieved till date, it’s been almost one year. Later wen I saw the reviews I came to knw many others have also got fooled by them. I have few ppl in my contact who also expirence same thing, one of them even registered complaint. But police wer unable to track their location. So guys whoever here knw them or their location do help us to locate. It wud be really helpful for us and others. It’s our hard earned money which they have looted. Also pls pls don’t place any order on this page. Beware of this fraudsters. Enquiries made on comment section are always deleted.

If you are happy with the order, then why would you visit or post a review on this forum which is specifically for 'Consumer Complaints' ? Shows that this is fake.
Defaming a company like this is unkind. You should have contacted the team before taking the step. As they have a huge customer base in such a small time frame. This can't be achieved by delivering bad products My experience denies to believe this. Yes the delivery might get delayed sometimes but there is no compromise with the quality of products. which made me recommend the brand to many of my known

It has been 3 months that I have ordered from them and no response from their team. They don't receive calls or messages when commented on social media they only delete the comment and further no reply. So think before you recommend them to anyone, you are lucky that you dint face any of this but I'm sure most of the customers are facing the same issue.

Sneha, you were really lucky to experience great service, but I had never gone through this sort of experience ever in my life. I'm waiting since 11th April and have tried cooperating as much as possible with her silly excuses. She was nice and sweet when she wanted me to place the order, false promising that it will be delivered within 7-8 days, but I was ok to wait due to current situation. However, you cannot make customers wait for 4 months. I thought it was just me, but now I realized this was experienced by others as well.

I received incorrect order of extremely substandard quality, when asked about it she doesn’t respond and finally blocked me . How professional is that. Also the Paytm number doesn’t work, they do not answer or is switch off or unavailable

It's been 3 & 1/2 Months and i haven't received my product yet. I had trusted the lady and patiently waited for them to delivery the product but they hardly respond and the only response you receive is a generic msg stating "Thank you for ordering due to lockdown, it probably will take 2-3 weeks to deliver" ...it's been 3 & 1/2 months.

Hi Aditie.. I'm standing exactly where you are now. I placed an order on the 12th of June and today is the 3rd of August and I haven't received my product. I sent DMs, mails, messages innumerable times. I also called on the Gpay number where I had paid the money. It's rs.2k+ amount of order and they just don't reply.Later I found that she had blocked me. They have restricted comments on their Instagram page, no contact information anywhere. I found the mail id in her account and I sent the mail's. Number I found on GPay. But no response anywhere. I think I should complain to the consumer forum and escalate the matter since the owners don't respond to mails, messages or calls and block when asked anything. Many people could've had a good experience but I've had the worst experience with this brand.

Same here they blocked me and I lost 5.4k
She is such a looter. I ordered 2 pairs of curtains on march 12th. After the lockdown has been lifted, i contacted her after 2 months to enquire on my product. She gave reason as her area is under containment zone. But she despatched my orders even after 5 months till date. My mails and messages are unanswered. She doesnt attend the calls too! Anyone, who can guide me how to proceed on with this?

Just received after 3 months and that also o complete n totally different colour which I told them to prepare. So be ready to not received exactly the same product. Keep on calling that cc number n texting on insta n also commenting on post... I commented everywhere on every post. Once you start commenting on post they will pick up your call. N don't speak to that women on cc, ask for Sandeep name guy he will listen toh you, that cc lady told me shut up n disconnected my call, so be ready to be treated very badly. I was just telling them that we are running after u like dogs n she reverted saying don't abuse will complain about u n all

She's very rude and completely cheating customers she just provided the customer care number which doesn't not respond calls and they don't even lift ur calls and they simply say we are going to dispatch the delivery but they don't do it even if we ask for the refund also no response from them at all it's simply wasting money and time on these guys they don't even have minimum curtosy and common sense to respond to their customers simply we need to follow them don't blindly follow their page and get attracted to their offers they are simply making money and cheating the public please be more cautious and more careful with HippieSaaz and their team don't believe their sweet words.

We are on the same page. I placed the order on April 11th, still waiting. The lady was sweet initially giving silly excuses and now she's rude when you DM her asking for status. The customer service never responds. Wish I had known earlier about this and never made a mistake to purchase anything from them. But the fact that they delete every single negative comments or comments asking for status update will let customers know about them.

After 3 months no update, if you don't have capacity then don't take the order. Why did you take the order first n it's not our fault that it's getting late from your end, you have to mange it. Posting on instagram about happy customers, wow so beautiful, happy customers happy customers, I got so much frustrated that I unfollow her. She blocked me too when I commented on her page. Whatever everyone is saying exactly point to point things happened with me. Earlier I was telling people about her now no more, how come she was crying and posting on insta that people don't havr right to call her cheater or abuse her, if you behave like this with your customer, you will get scolded

Same experience as described by multiple people above. Ordered curtains on 23rd April worth 4k. Did not deliver despite multiple polite requests to deliver the product. Stopped responding to my request for updates regarding the product.

I have had a very bad experience with Hippiesaaz. Items were missing and the attitude was also too bad. It was delivered after 3 months.
My order number is 2466. They have not sent me 2 items in my order. Not replying to my dms and the customer care is also not reachable. Can someone advice how to proceed on the issue.
The same incident happened with me also. I had placed an order on Aug 14, order number #350X. Since three weeks everyday I’m trying to contact them via mails, DMs and calls, they aren’t replying at all. This is such a bad attitude. They should have a basic courtesy to update customer with the order status, even if it’s getting delayed. Ignoring customers like this is just getting them more and more bad publicity. They post on their social media everyday but cannot even bother to cater to their existing order. Such a shame. I’m gonna put this up on social media.

Same thing happened with me.. ordered a bedskirt combo which is more than 3k on 7th April 2021. Till date not received any products from them. Unprofessional behaviour, don’t even bother to rply msgs or mails. Ph is always out of reach or switched off.

My worst online experience ever. My 2600 bucks are down the drain. I haven't even received the order. It's been more than 2 months.
You should file a complaint vide https://edaakhil.nic.in/. It is a proper government mechanism for filing consumer complaint.
They (Hippiesaaz) have not delivered my order despite a number of written promises. It has been over three months now. They have stopped replying altogether.
Initially they gave reasons that there was water logging and their material was spoiled, however, interestingly, they have been accepting all fresh orders while ignoring the old and delayed ones.

I had placed an order with them, and when i was confused and asked queries and followed up they started being very hurtful, started humiliating and started saying the worst possible things. I asked for refund and i got it, but the experience was traumatising. I wont comment on their products as i haven't bough them, but they are extremely rude people taking their personal frustrations on customers. Their inability to handle a business is very clear. I used to adore her as a human being reading her captions and videos, but they are can be so deceptive! save yourself the trouble.
