The Holidays Club — it's a big fraud/scam

Address:New Delhi, Delhi
Website:theholidaysclubs.com/home

This company has been established a big time fraud and a bunch of lies and fraudulent people who call themselves educated. The head (Ceo) of this holiday gamble is mr. Narendra bharti.

Three month ago we got a random call from theholidaysclubs/theholidaysclub they have two names god knows which is their legal name. We have been asked to visit their ansal plaza office as we have won free vouchers of vlcc and a trip of 3n/4d and any domestic location.

This office consists of only 5-6 people. To be specific nikhil said to be a manager but don't have the manners and adicates to speak to the clients/customers. He will should at you and use all sort of false words to make you down. During the f2f interaction they demonstrated all sort of luxury life in a 5 star hotel for 6n/7d package by becoming a member for 5 years in any international/domestic location with no extra cost. We paid 60, 000/- on the go, during the signing of the agreement we said we will read it before signing and the answer was it's not the agreement its a note that you are ready to avail the services with 65, 000/- with no extra cost for 5 years.

When we tried to book a trip to thailand the manager (Nikhil) said they do not have properties their and if i want to go i will have to pay extra dae charge, but on their website their are hotels mentioned for bangkok. We agreed to pay but still no bookings made to this. Then as a compensation to all the trouble they offered us a 2n/3d accomodation to shimla and when we booked the trip for 7july 2017, they did not even informed till 5 july2017 and when i tried their no no body answed the call (No even the customer care, booking team, nikhil, umesh, ankit). And i was forced to cancel my tkt on 6th morning.

I have asked them to book my accommodations 2 times in 3 months but they have failed to do their job. Now i am just struggling with these bunch of fraud people to refund my money back.

Guys please beware of these bunch of fraud people (Narendra bharti, nikhil, jasleen, umesh, ankit,)

Now, the holidays club it trying to play games with us. They have been calling us from 1 week on a regular basis from these numbers[protected], [protected], [protected]) and asking us to delete our complaint. Out of which we clearly mentioned that they should give our money back which they took from us against membership. Hence holidays club and I agreed that they will send a boy with our money and we will close our complaint. To which they sent a field agent on 5-3-2020 asking him to record all the conversation (1 hour+) and provoke us to say something bad but he was unsuccessful, therefore he did not gave us the money for which he came and we also did not took our complaint back. On 6-3-2020 again (Anjali, Jasleen and Rupali) called us and was again trying to convince us from more than an hour but still they fail to resolve the matter. This is really getting over our heads now. I have also posted my complaint in Google page and will now take legal action. The below snapshots are just for reference.

It is the worst company to deal with they so fake promises and make you sign agreements by falsly claiming things.
They have hidden charges which they like to call as AMC to fool their customers into paying them more money and they block the peak times as well
So when is a famoly supposed to travel??
Not just in India, these people seem to be scamming in other countries as well in different names. In UAE for I know in the name of "Luxury Club Holidays" as I have been scammed as well.

The company was registered in the same name mentioned above Mr. Narendra Bharti who seems to be a professional in this scam business as I see similar reviews/comments in many places.

Their website https://luxuryclubholidays.com/ has contact numbers but nothing works. Tried reaching them through e-mail but no response. They literally took the money and disappeared.

Some of the names under which this company operates it "The Holidays Club", "Luxury Club Holidays", "CLUBHOLIDAYS AND RESORTS OPC PVT LTD".

I am planning to file a complaint against them now.
Many people got trapped in their vacation plan and i am also one of them.
They have taken 60000/- from us and till now we have not used a single day.
Whenever we gave them vacation details, they replied that no properties are available ever when i drop them email 45 days ago.
My membership is going to expire and we are totally helpless.

Biggest fraud in india in form of holiday packages
