Full Description: Actually the holidays clubs are cheating people by offering them holiday packages. They call you by saying you are our lucky customer and we have won some free vouchers. But the scene was very different when we visited there. They gave us lectures of 1 to 2 hours, and at night around 10 o'clock they forced us to take the membership that day.
I want to cancel my membership. I bought this on 17th August 2024 for two years at 60, 000 rs. Salesman did not tell us about the AMC charge and we could not cancel. Their names are Amit and Ankita. Within two days we called Amit to cancel the membership. He said to mail to customer care [protected]@theholidaysclubs.com. I can see that they have cancellation processes for other countries.
Desirable resolution: We request you to help us to get our refund. During the verification call I denied the membership and asked for cancellation.
