[Resolved]  The Holidays Club — Regarding emi

I applied for the membership of the Holiday club in Delhi with Mr. Satender Pal and Mr. Nitesh.Mr. Satender Pal and Mr. Nitesh.
I chose the option for the 24 month emi to pay the membership fee. both the Mr. Satender Pal and Mr. Nitesh confirm it and even on the verification call they also confirm it.
but my emi was booked for 12 month. when i talked to these two people (Mr. Satender Pal and Mr. Nitesh) they are doing nothing. Mr. Satender is not picking my phone or not giving any reply to my message.

At present, I am not in the condition to pay double emi as it is booked for 12 month in place of 24 month.

So I request you to kindly convert my emi for 24 month and ask your employee to pick up my phone or reply to my message.

Even now the customer care is also not picking my phone or not replying my email . I called several times and sent reminders too.
