The Holidays Club — Scam Company in India & Abroad

Same as all complaints submitted against this company they stopped responding for mails, no number to reach out to, as all the provided numbers are out of service.

However this time they scammed in UAE.

I am a UAE resident and they reached out to me in the name of "Luxury Club Holidays" a partner concern of "The Holidays Club" India. (You can also check this out on their website "https://luxuryclubholidays.com/") They convinced me in buying a 12N holiday package costing approx. 1 Lakh rupees assuring various vacation services. Recently when I mailed them for a hotel reservation they asked for AMC of ~20K rupees which after a couple of email discussions I paid and then they replied that the booking is in process and will confirm shortly.

Since then they never replied to any of my emails, no number to reach out and I am left with no hope.

Now I am planning to file a complaint against them.

Writing this to make people aware of this kind of scam and below names. The key name is Mr. Narendra Bharti under whom this company was registered. The company name under which they operate as far as I know is "The Holidays Club" in India, "CLUBHOLIDAYS AND RESORTS OPC PVT LTD", and "Luxury Club Holidays" in UAE.
