While asking to him he rudely answered that he would return your year coupons tomorrow and asked loksatta officials to arrange vendor for you. How cruevel he talking while he is in happy movements. Fraud with the customer and loksatta office for undelivered news papers amount claimed. Before and today's undelivered papers in thane sera. The name of vendor is mr. Keshav shirke. From last three days the of loksatta Mr. Keshav Shirke did not delivered news paper. And from no one from loksatta official asked about this matter. Even he is having coupons till the end upto February 2019. Please take necessary action.

Who is not delivered loksatta news paper from last three days even he received a coupons up to the month of February 2019. Also no one from Loksatta official communicated till date.
