Yes, I had ordered a Cast Iron tawa from the Indus Valley cookware a month back. I received a damaged product, i immediately raised a complaint and requested for replacement. I got a response from them saying that this type of damage doesn't fall in their category for replacement or return. So we have to destroy the order from our end and they have already started the refund process. I asked them when will I get back my refund. They said 3-5 working days. But it's been a month. I don't receive any response from their end. Their contact number doesn't work, they donot reply for my mails. This fraud website did cheat alot of customers Was this information helpful? |
