Absolutely pathetic customer care - they do not answer calls. I have sent multiple emails on return pickup not being done & no action. They finally wrote they cannot pick up the return since their logistics dept is not responding. So, suggested me to dispose off the item. No refund was initiated too - Absolutely ridiculous
