The Indus Valley Cookware — Permanent deletion of account

I have been asking indus valley customer support to permanently delete my account as i no longer use it since 2022 but they keep saying they will but never delete my account it has been more than a year i have been asking them to do so.

It is clearly mentioned in their privacy policy which i am quoting as it is " updating your personal information:
You have the right to access and correct, or delete your personal information and privacy preferences at any time. This may be accomplished by clicking on the link, "my account", where you can view and make changes to most of your personal information immediately. For security purposes, certain personal information can only be changed by contacting support. We will respond to your request promptly within a reasonable time.

Please note that we do not store your credit/debit card information in your profile."
