I took admission in Lido Learning on 17th October 2021 and I paid Rs. 25000 to lido learning executive. I raised request on 18th October 2021 due to syllabus wasn't matched and they given my kid sessions in the mid term so I unenrolled my kid name and cancelled admission in Lido. After I raised refund request I received cancelled column i.e. 'we have registered your refund request' and check status, when you click it in it is showing 3 different stages in it:
1. Request Received - when you click in this we have to understand - we have successfully received your request. It may take up to 3 days for our team to verify it. It is showing positively.
2. Processing - when you click in this we have to understand - our team is working on procession your request. It may take upto 45 days for the request to be processed.
3. Refund Initiated - when you click in this we have to understand - our team has initiated the refund. You will receive teh refund in 7-10 business days.
In the point no 2 and 3 is showing on process and still it is nothing to process...
At a time of admission Lido Management team confirmed me about the refund status and they told me they will give me immediate refund.
Not it is showing a fraud happen to me and might be receive money or not . There is no customer care number or no direct communication available for conversation.
So kindly help me out on this and help me to get it the refund as early as possible. Thank you Was this information helpful? |
