The Learning Institute Of India — this learning institute of india is not returning my money after course cancellation

I have enrolled for course "ibm spss modeler 18" in the learning institute of india and submitted the fee online rs 17698.82/-. by vikash ph no=[protected] and [protected]

Next day i had to cancel my enrollment and they said as i will be cancelled it within 2 working days of enrollment they will refund the money excluding taxes according to their refund policy and i will receive the refund of amount 14999/- within 45 days.

so I have waited for 45 days but they didn't refund my money. I am trying to contact them but they(the learning institute of india) are picking my phone call.

it's a fraud institute, they are also fraud

please help me
