The Mobile Store — Charger | |||
I went to mobile store to buy a samsung charger and at that time they wer closing shop... I asked fr samsung charger.. they said its not available u can take Microsoft its good... Tommorow morning we will give you bill becoz now its closing time and they put a stamp in the charger box...I went home and charger was not working.. Next morning wen i went to shop and said that the charger is not working.. The salesman was saying this is not the charger which u took ystrday nyt.. u exchanged it.. Then they said this charger box also not belongs to us.. Then i showed them the stamp then they wer changing the topic cz they knw that the stamp is from their store.. It was reallyyy pathetic and disgraceful... I need some action to be taken... They are theives... They oly exchanged the charger and given me a old one.. m damn sure... orelse there was a prblm with the charger and they want to get rid of that and they made me fool because they are not giving bill at that time.. They were blaming me... I want action to b taken regarding this.. Because of misleading and blaming... Was this information helpful? | |||
