The Mobile Store — HTC 816 Not received since last 10days | |||
I have ordered HTC desire 816 on last Friday i.e. 5th Sep 2014 via order no.[protected]. I have received SMS from your team on Saturday that shipment will get dispatched in next 24hrs. Today after 10days mobile is not received to me. 10 days of TAT is slower that Indian post office I believe. Websites like Flipkart delivers courier with in 2days. This is inspite of daily follow up with company / courier service and escalation, no one is really bother to expedite this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
