I have purchased Nokia 730 mobile in mobilestore Avadi Branch on 22/12/2014 & i have insured my mobile. Policy no:260200/46/14/[protected] Certificate reference no:TTTMS2461734 (IMEI NO:[protected]). My mobile Theft in bus travelling from avadi to cmbt & i have reported in police station(T6 avadi). i have attached my mobile missing CSR copy Pls find the enclosed document.
