[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Order not Received

Hi, I have ordered a mobile phone worth Rs 23000/- through mobilestore.in on 19th August 2014. Within 3-4 days they send me an invoice and confirmed my order and amount has been debited from my account. After that they send me a consignment number of Blue dart but I was unable to track my shipment. I called several times in their customer care number and also mailed and the reply was a technical issue from Blue dart. Later last week they told me that it was due to some form16 issue of my state and so they are resending my shipment via First Flight couriers and gave me another Consignment No, yet another fake one. Till I couldn't track my shipment and they are not cancelling my order. What should I do now??

Updated by sarathhari The only fault I had done was trusting your brand so please deliver the product within 3-4 days or cancel my order and issue a refund.
