I purchased samsung s8 smart phone on 24th july, 2017 from your tollygunge showroom located at n. S. C bose road, kolkata. While purchasing the phone, i made insurance for screen replacement and also extended warranty. I also purchased see-through flip cover next day. Recently, due to accidental slip of the phone from my hand, the phone fell on concrete floor and both screen guard as well as the screen got broken. While, taking the set to said mobile store outlet, i found that the shop is closed. Thereafter, i came to know that all mobile store outlets got permanently closed. I am furnishing the following details for your reference and record: 1. Mobile set serial no.: rz8j51l00wt 2. Mobile store invoice no. For mobile set purchase: 63855/14200968 dt: 24.07.2017 Invoice print-out being taken on thermal paper, unfortunately printed contents of invoice got completely faded. The set was purchased vide citibank credit card. Scanned copy of transaction slip and citibank card statement showing transaction details attached. 2. Mobile store invoice no. For flip cover purchase: 533 dt: 25.07.2017 You are now requested to arrange screen replacement and advise where to hand over the set for replacement. Shall expect expeditious reply.
