I had ordered a Flawless Brows product( Laser eyebrow trimmer) on 16/06/2020. By mistake i made the payment twice. I have mailed them so many times to refund one of my payments and all i heard was a mail a week back saying they are still looking at it. I have already provided them with the transaction proofs, still I haven't gotten any response.
And I didn't even receieved the product yet. I don't have any tracking notifications too. I want to cancel my order and get both of the refunds. Was this information helpful? |
