Respected sir/mam
This is to inform you that on jan 05-2019 5 animals (Unit 1) were being transported from army dairy farm meerut as per the govt. Policy for dairy users.
Unfortunately one of the milch cow died in road accident having tag no: (Clk-379 fauji). Immediately on the next day[protected] surveyor came and inspect the condition as well as all the documents were shown and provided to lalkuan dughd sang sahkari samiti which were later approved too.
Sir, its been 11 months[protected] still insurance company have not provided me my claim (The new india assurance company ltd.) even after writing so many letters and mails my claim is not setteled yet.
As the date of expiration of insurance policy is very near[protected]. Kindly help me in granting my claim as i am handicapped too so its very difficult for me to send letters and emails regulary. I belong to very poor family. Only this is a source of livelihood for me and my family.
Kindly grant me my claim as soon as possible.
