[Resolved]  The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. — Mobile Handset theft Claim Sony Xperia C Black-[protected]

Dear Sir, I have lost mobile handset by theft and FIR filed and submitted claim as per proceedure enclosing Fir copy, Claim form, invoice copy mobile hand set, discharge letter from police dept. Despite that the claim is not processed. I received a letter from Mobile Claims Dept on 31/07/2014 asking few clarification, the same was not required. I replied to the letter on 19/08/14, so far I have not received any reply, nor progress in my claim settlement. I request to please intervene and settle the claim at the earliest. the same is pending since 3 months. Please do not harass layman. Thanking you.
