Dear Sir, I have lost mobile handset by theft and FIR filed and submitted claim as per proceedure enclosing Fir copy, Claim form, invoice copy mobile hand set, discharge letter from police dept. Despite that the claim is not processed. I received a letter from Mobile Claims Dept on 31/07/2014 asking few clarification, the same was not required. I replied to the letter on 19/08/14, so far I have not received any reply, nor progress in my claim...

I had my medi-claim with Oriental Insurance from last 2 Years.
Last year in June 2010 My baby was hospitalized for 3 days for an eye infection disease within 7 Days the agent collected all the papers with me and did not submitted it in the office nor did it communicated me the same nor did he attended my phone.
After complaining in the head office I recovered my papers from him after 8months and I resubmitted...

Sir,
I am a member of the Employees Provident Fund in The Oriental Insurace Co.Ltd., Mumbai for the last 30 years.
I resigned from the company on 16th July 2007, but the same was not ccepted by the company and I was considered on Leave without pay till date.
As per eligibility, I applied for my daughter's marriage loan in Oct'10 which was never given to me ( I recd no response) and my daughter's marriage...
