[Resolved]  The Pacific Holiday World — Bad service/Refund not processed

I had bad case with The Pacific Holiday World, due to bad service while deal them. I raise the plea to cancel & refund my money but they shockingly told, they will not care about the service & money will not refund firmly suggest to all, please don't grab any service.
