I need to vent about the absolute nightmare I experienced with Pacific Holiday World. Our hopes for a fantastic December vacation in Maldives turned into a disaster.
We reached out in November to secure our booking, as advised, only to be told that Maldives in full in December and Maldives can be open only after March
Then we eagerly called mailed them giving them dates for March, excited to finalize our plans. But hold on – For getting vacation in March, they asked to approach them in February.
To add insult to injury, Pacific Holiday World isn't just messing with bookings; they're also refusing to give us a refund.

The way they've handled this situation is beyond frustrating. Their communication is confusing, and it's clear they're not big on honesty or customer service. They have lured us in with false promises and then, to top it off, they refuse to refund your hard-earned money.
When taking membership, their salesman paras sharma and disha called us more than 10times to come their venue and lured us in taking membership
Now, they dont even pick our call
Moreover, if they happen to reply on whatsapp they just give irrevelant reply and disappear for many days again
We even tried to contact their Owner Mr Rehan Akhtar on instagram, where he has read all my grieviences but dont have audacity to even give a reply
