I have complained many times, that the Amazon Voucher code issued by you on 25th August from your instant portal is invalid. I also attached screenshot for proof. After my many efforts, you have made a commitment to me twice that you will issue me a new genuine voucher code before 2 weeks in return. Today a month has passed since your second commitment, but you have not issued me a new voucher code yet.
