The Panel Station — account error no badges and no surveys

Hi,

I've so far completed 85 surveys from the panel station india and got 3 payouts and 4 are pending. So far earned 43075 points from this website.

I had the gold badge. However from 12th august i can no longer see any badge in my account and the total number of completed survey is showing as zero. Also no new surveys are coming. Please fix my account.
