I've redeem 5000 and 3000 points on 06 May 2020. No amount receive from borderless access to my paytm account. I already wrote so many emails but panel station team not responded

      I have been trying to redeem points earned for 3 months. My e mails are ignored. Now, when I attempt to redeem points I am advised that my cell phone is a duplicate? Duplicate of what?

      I can only believe that the panel station is, in fact, in financial difficulty, and cannot afford the cost of redemption.

      This being the case should thay not be honest, and say so. This would save me a lot of time and frustration

          My complaint is based on my survey that are given to me.
          I receive survey that their quota is already full or the survey is expired
          as I write presently the the last survey I received, with out even participating in it they said i answer in a hurry.
          please it is with a sad heart i write to you i have not been able to express my self through the survey.

            I am Rajjo Khan my email I’d is ([protected]@gmail.com)
            I used to get my redemption cash back within the month from the date of redemption but now I it’s been more than a month still I did not receive any cash back from TPS. I emailed them several times but no response.
            I have almost 5 redemption pending for 3000 points each, I am confused whether to continue attempting surveys with TPS or not because I am putting my efforts and giving so much time and not getting my rewards on time. I request TPS team to look into the matter and let me work with your channel with respect. I hope I will get my redeemed cash back soon.

              Hi my name is Ahmed Shaikh my email I’d is (ahmed.[protected]@gmail.com)
              It was all going perfect until my younger brother logged in to his account in the same Device which I already had a account. TPS system blocked my account for one whole day and after complaining they unblocked. After that my account looks like all mess. My survey history shows uncertain points which I did not even attempt. Yesterday I got around 600 points but I don’t know from where did I get it. I did not attempt any survey that day. I used to get my redemption cash back within the month from the date of redemption but now I it’s been more than a month still I did not receive any cash back from TPS.
              I have almost 7 redemption pending for 3000 points, I am confused whether to continue attempting surveys with TPS or not because I am putting my efforts and giving so much time and not getting my rewards. I request TPS team to sort out my account issue and let me work with your channel with respect. I hope my account will be rectified ASAP

                      I had made a redemption request of 3000 points on 07/01/2020; which is still not processed. Due to some technical glitch on their side, my TPS account was suspended. Later on, it was re-activated, but the redemption request remained unprocessed. I have written to their helpdesk multiple times; but vague replies are given by them and the redemption request still has'nt been processed. Very disappointing! I had put in so much time, energy and resources for earning those 3000 points.

                        Lastly some link don't open directly or even when copied and open in some other browser... really disappointed!!

                            Not getting surveys

                            I'am using panelstation from 3_4 years and giving honest opinion to the panel we give reward for completing survey it's depends upon points in my account there are 2100 rs pending as they give reward after 3-8 weeks but suddenly I haven't receiving survey from 3-4 days and all my badges are gone to zero help me they are replying me and even giving notice

                                  I have Re-checked the status 10 times in Paytm and it is showing "Failure" from borderless access panels in the cashback history. TPS team didn't respond to my many emails. I talked with Paytm care and they said the cashback has been returned to the borderless access panels.

                                    I am not able to sign in my account. I had tried a lot. It showing continuously 'one or more error occurred'. Then I tried sign in through the app their I also same thing was happening. Also from I am trying to do survey link from the email. There it is showing nothing. It just showing 'go to home' with a picture.

                                      Login error / Account blocked

                                      I am using TPS from last one year. But from today some error showing "Whoops! we cant seem to find the page that you are looking for" and showing some error while login. I dont know its login error or my account blocked without any reason. Please look into the matter and let me use my TPS account.
