I have reedemed my 3000 points from The Panel Station account having email id: [[protected]@gmail.com] in the form of amazon gift voucher on 24/08/2020 .
But as per The Panel Station rules they would give the rewards within 3-8 weeks of reedemption of the points which is delayed in my case. Why i have not got my rewards till date after the completion of 8 weeks as per your criteria.
Why you people were not keeping your words as per your rules. May i know the reason behind this delay.
Please pay the reawrds in time as we people do our job and fill your given surveys and get the points and eagerly waits 2months for the rewards so please pay our rewards in time.

From Nov 4 till date i have not got any response from the customer support of The Panel Station. Why Panel Station customer support is not giving any response to the query even after being notified by the Consumer complaint board members? Its more than 2 months i have not got my rewards after a long waiting .
Please provide us a solution by replying to our queries as soon as possible.

    I applied my redeem on 2 September 2020, but today, 30 October 2020, there have been 3 to 8 weeks, but the panel station did not give me money.
    The Panel Station customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I recieved 3 take a lot vouchers valued at R100 each and cannoT use . Take a lot says there vouchers have to start with a T. IF I CANNOT USE THEM CAN I EXCHANGED THEM FOR SOMETHING ELSE . GRAEME [protected]@telkomsa.net

        I received email from panel station on 15th Oct to correct paytm email id. I have redeemed in august but it did not reach to my paytm ID as email id & paytm id is incorrect. I did correct as the same time. they said the will process the redemption in a week but its almost 1 week but still i have not received my paytm points. Please do the needful asap.

          It has been more than 8 weeks from the day (May 8) on which I redeemed the 3000 points in panelstation.my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have written numerous mails to them and no response.

            Didn't get my redeem voucher its almost 12 weeks now and they didn't send me my redemption voucher its 23oct and i redeemed it on 1aug

              I have given a complaint in consumer complaints few days ago, I have received email from consumer complaints that the Company representatives will give a reply, I got a reply from the company representatives i.e Panel station that correct Paytm I'd We will credit your amount redeemed on 20.08.2020 and 25.08.2020 in a week, one week has over till now they have not credited my amount, Please see.

                      I have got a mail from panel station on 23.09.2020 that your redemption of 3000 points on 20.08.2020 and 25.08.2020 has been credited to your paytm wallet but it has not been credited yet.Plz look into it

                        I did redeem my points on 9th of August and it said points will be credited within 3 to 8 weeks and it's been more than 8 weeks now but still have got no response nor the credit.

                        this same type of error i have got but i have redeemed on 1st of june

                            I had redeemed 5000 points from the panel station on 5 August towards my paytm number. It has been 2 months and I have not received any reward. I have read so many complaints about this platform and yet they do nothing to improve! Timely payments is a huge issue with this company. This must be resolved.

                              Hello, I have redeemed 3000 panelstation points on August 4, today October 5 . The time period you said i.e 3 to 8 weeks is overed. That's why I raising the query now. still I didn't get my reward to my paytm account. I already raised a complaint but they didn't respond...

                                I have take a redeem of 3000 point on 25/08/2020, and on 23/09/2020 I get a confirmation email from the panel station that I get my reward on paytm but I don't get my reward on paytm.

                                    I have not received my reward for 5000 points redemption on 5 August 2020. It is a terrible feeling, writing this mail for the 4th time. I have invested so much time completing the surveys honestly. This is a serious concern and I will go to higher extents, if not reverted.
                                    Unsatisfactory and slow service from The Panel Station.
