I am registered with thepanelstation site for the last few months and have been using it. I had redeemed 1100 rs worht of coupons few days back. I have email saying amount is under redemption stage and will be delivered within 3-8 weeks.
Suddenly from two days, i am not getting any mail and when i try to login its showing my email id is not registered.
So i lost 1100 rs.

    I am a legend badge panelstation user. I am using panelstation website and app from past one and half year. From past three to four months i am facing many technical problems with surveys like1) when i click on link to take survey error page displayed stating "take time carefully" before actual surveys first page loads 2) when i click on link to take survey error page displayed stating url not correct 3) when i click on link to take survey error page displayed stating you have already entered survey though i am taking survey for first time 4) survey is 90 percent is completed error page is loaded stating just missed!!! 5) re credit of less points by cancellation of redeem
    Request. I have contacted help desk many times they responded only once reply is due to technical problems but my survey problems are not solved from 14th may 2020 i am not able to login my account and on 7th may redeemed 5000 points is still pending my user id (Registered mail) is [protected]@gmail.com

      I tried to login my acount today it showed it is temporary blocked. Kindly let me know the details.

      I request you to reactivate my account as i am efficient and attentive in answering all the surveys carefully. I have been valued member and tried all the surveys that could done by me. I have invested much time in it.

        My panel station account has been blocked for the reason which i have never done. I am a valued panelist and i always do surveys with attention and efficiency. I request panel station to unblock my account as also it is having many points on redemption. I am sure from my side that nothing wrong has been done but unnecessarily blocking account is unacceptable. Panel station please unblock my account asap as it is an important source of earning for me. I hope action should be taken positively. Awaiting for your response.

          Ps blocked my account without any valuable reason. I had around 2000 inr pending in account so what they did to save money is ban my account.. This happened when i applied for redemption. Please reactivate my account. I wasted my time to complete a lots of survey. This is heartbreaking working so hard to get my account blocked. I recommended my frds also to use panel station.

              Panel station blocked my account without any reason. They are on account blocking spree as evidemt from twitter and facebook handle. I had around 2000 inr pending in account so what they did to save money is ban my account.. Please reinstate my account as i nevr committed a fraud. People can have same ip address if i accessed survey in a public domain like wireless network or a cafe. You should have verified with me.. Please pay us oyr paents and unblock my account tps. I never committed any fraud.. This is heartbreaking working so hard to get my account blocked.

                I am working in the PanelStation for last 2 months, i redeemed 3000 points in my AmazonPay, not recieved that, and today morning i saw they banned my account. Fully cheating with my time and emotions!

                  Today I got an email that my account has been blocked.
                  I have redeemed 3000 points 2 times as they did not reach in my account and TPS blocked me for no reason.
                  As this is the way to operate a business and refuse to pay the earned money then SHAME.

                    I am a panel station member since sept 2017 and till now i redeem only 2 times due to survey compatibility.

                    It's very hard to find compatible survey 1 out of 100 survey is get compatible or u gonna even disqualified at the end, so very hard for making points to redeem i managed to make redeemable points in approx 6 or 7 months.
                    But few days ago they mailed me about my last under redemption points
                    Saying that they cancelled my redemption due to network glitch and returning my point back to account.
                    But when i checked my account they didn't back my original amount of points. I replied on their mail but they didn't respond accurate.
                    I only have one thing remaining is that to forgot about that and start from the beginning so i was taking surveys as nothing was happened and trying to make redeemable points again i was too close to request for redeem in some time but today in the morning i got a mail that my account was suspended/blocked for reasons i didn't commit. It was unacceptable. I always had positive response to the panel station review but they do unexpected thing to me. Now i am disappointed from this site for sure.

                      I donot know why the panel station has suddenly blocked my account. I always spend as much time as possible in their surveys with the most important information possible. But today, i am receiving a mail stating my account has been blocked. Infact, i have redeemed 6000 points as well with almost another 3000 points available. This is really frustrating after spending so much time and providing correct information my account gets blocked. This was not expected. Another incident happened two weeks ago, automatically almost 4000 points got lost from nowhere. Previously, i had redeemed 9000 points but those redeems were refunded back and 4000 points got lost. Please look into this matter and restore my account. They are also making false allegation o[censored]sing multiple accounts which is completely wrong. I have only one account.

                      I mailed my complaint to their help desk, contacted them through Facebook and Twitter. I did not receive any response from them, today suddenly I saw a new survey from them in my mail and hence I saw that my account was unblocked.

                        I redeem my points and after a week they tell me my account is being blocked. After spending hours to complete the survey this is how they repay us.
                        This is not done, i have spent months to complete the survey.
                        My last redemption was in october 19 and then directly in may 2020.
                        After months i redeemed the points and they blocked my account.
                        Atleast they should pay what we owe
                        .

                                  I redeem my 3000 points on 17 April but now it missing and my redemption request is also failed and redemption history is also deleted please get my all points back otherwise i have to file complaint against you i redemmed 3000 points but i didn't get my full points please back my full points so i can request my redeem again

                                    Hello Sir MY Account redeem points & history missing. I have completed All Surveys & I hame reddem my points in paytm Sat, 25 Apr, 14:30 But i have seen TODAY my redeem points missing in my account. They cannot deny to pay me my rewards (Rs. 300/- is due from them - 3000 points redeemed) for successfully completed surveys. They cannot deny rewards for work already done. So Sir plzz Give me my Payments.

                                      I redeemed my points two times 3000 and 3000 and they didnot provide me my money and blocked my account please provide me my money back. I am a customer of tps from last 3 years and i was loyal to them. I donot know why they blocked my account and didnot pay me.
