Dear TPS,
I am very sorry to say that your panel is one of the worst panel in the world. You are very worst even in resolving the complaints of your panelists. Your customer care section is the worst. Neither do you pay attention to any complaint nor do you respond to it. This is the reason why on all the review sites people have abused you whole heartedly.
1. My 2515 points are lying under review since 6 months and 555 points since 11 months. What is this method?

2. You deducted about 2000 points from my redemption box without any information and without any reason. Which I earned by my hard work. Moreover, even after I complained, till date no response was given by your end.
3. You have put 2800 points earned by my hard work in the reject box, while there can be no reason to reject them. Because I have sincerely completed all the surveys, which I attempted.

What do you have to say about all these complaints of mine? Kindly reply as soon as possible. Otherwise I am going to complain in cyber cell with all the proofs.

Whenever I try to login my account it say contact our helpdesk to your status and I already have done this but nothing happens so resolve my query asap

Hello sir, I want to convey that I am not able to login to my account from last couple of days. You have sent the Reset link today, but the link is not working. So, I request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Iam not able to redeem my points. It is showing enter a valid Date Of Birth. Kindly help me to solve this problem. Otherwise send me my registered date of birth.

Two times i have put 5000 points for redemption, for one on the redemption history voucher code is mentioned and expiry date is mentioned. And the of redemption is[protected].
Another 5000 points for redemption was done on[protected], for that voucher code is not mentioned nor expiry date!
Please sort out the issue and deposit the amount in my paytm account!

Every time when I take the surveys which displays on my dashboard, after giving the details and after the completion of the surveys the only response I get is :
"Your response differ from our requirements ".
This happens every time in every survey.

I haven't recieved my points because I accidentally gave the wrong date of birth, so it would be kind if you could advice me on this, thank you!

Iam unable to redeem my points in panel station due to invalid date of birth

I'm trying to redeem my points (21/01/2023) but when i went to redemption page and tried to redeem my points it start showing "Mobile number should be less than 0 characters" this message and I have also attached the screen shot of my problem. I will try after some day again if the same situation appeared in front of me then I have to file a lawsuit against your company.

After registration I cannot open my profile page. It gave me ID and password and when I tried to login it opened but it keeps showing that " surveys.thepanelstation.com refused to connect."

Points not move points review to points available section and redeem process is very slow and payment process is also slow. I am not received any type of surveys in these days please improve your work and make perfect.
